Financing information for CRC Distribution customers
New to Equipment Financing? Start Here.
A hydraulic repair bench can help a shop tackle larger cylinders, improve teardown consistency, reduce reliance on improvised methods and bring more repair work in-house. Financing may allow a business to acquire that equipment while spreading the cost over time.

Understand the Basic Process
- Get a complete equipment quote. Include the bench, options, accessories, freight, installation and training as applicable.
- Request financing information. A preliminary payment estimate is not the same as a credit approval or final offer.
- Complete a credit application. The financing company may request business, ownership, banking and credit information.
- Review the offer. Compare the payment, term, total cost, upfront costs, ownership provisions and early-payoff terms.
- Sign and coordinate the purchase. Confirm when the equipment order and financing agreement each become binding.
Look Beyond the Monthly Payment
Before signing, make sure you understand:
- The exact amount financed
- Cash, deposits or advance payments due upfront
- The number and frequency of payments
- The total amount paid over the full term
- Any documentation, filing or other fees
- Whether a personal guarantee is required
- Who owns the equipment during and after the term
- Insurance and UCC filing requirements
Think About the Bench as a Business Investment
Do not evaluate financing only by asking whether the payment fits the budget. Consider what the bench may allow your shop to do: complete repairs faster, work on larger cylinders, bring outsourced work in-house, reduce equipment damage during teardown, improve technician efficiency or accept jobs you currently turn away.
Use estimated gross profit—not the total customer invoice—and account for labor, seals, materials, machining, freight, consumables and other direct job costs. This is a planning exercise, not a guarantee of revenue, savings or profitability.
FAQs
Is Providence Capital Funding affiliated with CRC Distribution?
No. Providence is an independent third-party financing company. CRC sells the equipment but doesn’t finance it, set rates/terms, or receive any referral fee. Financing is optional and customers can use any source they choose.
Am I required to use Providence to purchase a CRC hydraulic repair bench?
No. Financing is optional. You may pay CRC Distribution directly or arrange financing through a bank, credit union, equipment financing company or another source of your choice.
How much equipment financing can I apply for?
Qualified businesses may be eligible for application-only financing up to $500,000. Larger financing requests may also be considered but could require additional financial documentation.
What is the difference between a loan, lease and equipment finance agreement?
These structures can differ in ownership, tax treatment, payment calculation, end-of-term requirements and early-payoff rights. Ask Providence to identify the exact type of agreement being offered and explain who owns the equipment during the term, what happens after the last scheduled payment and whether an additional purchase amount is required.
How quickly will I receive a financing decision?
Providence Capital Funding provides fast credit decisions after receiving your completed application and equipment information. The exact timeline may depend on the financing amount, equipment type, and completeness of the application.
What financing terms are available?
Available financing terms may include 24, 36, 48, 60, and 84 months or longer. Your financing specialist will help you select a term and payment structure that works with your business’s cash flow.
What information do I need to apply for equipment financing?
The application requests basic information about your business, the equipment being purchased, the equipment seller, and the company’s owners or officers. Providing complete and accurate information can help prevent delays during the approval process.
